VEGAN DUCK FOR THE WIN! - Edit
The vegan duck at Fu Cheng is (in my humble opinion) the best vegan dish you can get in Linz. The crispy soy-based duck is served over ramen-noodles with fresh veggies and a soy-plum-sauce. It’s on the pricier side with 12.50€ but it’s absolutely worth it! I looks like real duck and tastes quite similar – although apparently not too much like real duck – because I’ve never liked the taste of real duck but I LOVE this version! I could eat this dish every day, seriously! Also if you are already there I can recommend you the fried tofu (as the starter) as well – super delicious!
Pros: vegan duck is the best! , beautiful interior, friendly staff
Cons: a bit expensive

With its new and modern interior the Fu Cheng Noodlehouse is really worth a visit. They introduced some new mock-meat dishes, wich are delicious: for example the jiaozhi dumplings and the satey skewers.

Pros: fake meat, modern interior, friendly staff

Great fake meat options - new interior - Edit
Fu Cheng is renowed in Linz and beyond for its fabulous fake meat options. Since the end of 2013 they have refurbished the whole place which looks very nice and clean now. They also have a new menu which comprises of many vegetarian options (which happen to be mostly vegan, just ask) which are clearly labeled.
I love the vegan jiaozhi dumplings and the fake-chicken and satey skewers with peanut sauce :D
All sauces are home made!
Pros: great fake meat options, nice staff, modest, clean interior
Cons: can't think of any

Average - Edit
The Fu Cheng Noodlehouse serves several vegan options, mostly with meat substitutes. I found the food rather average.
