Makes the Market Woth the Visit! - Edit
We were lucky enough to be there to enjoy this vegan food truck! Quick and popular options, we settled for burgers and found they tasted pretty good! Big fan of the hot chips 🍟 We almost didn’t go after learning the market is more for food than craft, but are glad we gave it a go. Would be nice if they can get their own shop someday and be open more / expand their menu! It happened for Hello Rosie, maybe these guys too?😄

Fully vegan mini takeaway. The cheese burger and fries were really filling. Took the meal into the subway next door to eat as it had a bigger seating area lolz! The cake was delicious too!

Good burger but small place - Edit
The burger was good but not the best I had. Still I liked to go there and support a 100% vegan restaurant. Unfortunately the place is very small, it's better to take away if you can but there is still few seats if needed

Inexpensive, nothing fancy though - Edit
Small unpretentious place with limited hours and limited seating space. The menu consists of a few comfort food items, plus a selection of few sweets in the cabinet.
Read moreI had a chicken cheeseburger with a side of fries, and a white chocolate macadamia cookie. Next time I tried loaded fries and vanilla milkshake. All was good though not exceptional, tasted and looked like home-made, don't expect fancy stuff. Loaded fries had a bit too much of sweet chilli sauce and almost no bacon bits and cheese... Milkshake and the cookie were the best.

Fabulous vegan burger bar - Edit
Delicious burgers and loaded fries from a caravan at the Rotorua Night Market on Thursdays, and from their shop Fridays and Saturdays. The shop also sells doughnuts. Everything is 100% vegan.

Bloody good burgers. An absolute must go! - Edit
FTP Vegan Eats were at the 3 day festival Northern Bass in Mangawhai as well as Bay Dreams in the Mount. I was absolutely stoked to find a fully vegan food truck at Northern Bass and I ate there every night without fail! The food is incredible, I feel like 5 stars aren't enough! The patties are great, and the vegan cheese melts perfectly. The buns are also super soft. Could trick a meat-eater easily. The workers are also super friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Vegan fast kai for hungry tangata - Edit
Great burgers with in-house plant meat made out of lentils and peas - amazingly close to the real (i.e. bad) stuff and will give Beyond Meat a run for the money. Also, delightful shakes of various flavors (maybe a bit on sweet side) and bottled fizz drinks (of positive vibes). But if you are not after the sweet you can just have a bottle of refreshing cold water with your burger and chips (l also prefer a dip rather than sauce on). Definitely a place not to miss when in Rotorua - a refuge over last New Year holidays. Kicking myself that didn't take pictures (had a loaned phone). #Veganuary

I kakato te kai! 👌 - Edit
Yum burgers, fries, and sweet treats! Situated in a little shop with a few places to sit and eat, or not far from Lake Rotorua to grab and picnic. Always lovely service and great music. They also have a food truck, so check them out if you spot them out and about. Definitely need to eat here if you are in Rotorua.

Addicted to the chicken burgers. All the sauces are on point. I usually grab a few for take-away on my way back to Northland. Consistently delicious! Owners are super nice too.

Cute little vegan cafe - Edit
Actually went to this place as a cafe, not a food truck in Rotorua, on Arawa St next to fat dog. Has coffee and tea, soda, milkshakes, a small range of cabinet food and a range of menu burgers and fries. The burgers are very reasobably priced compared to other cafés, and were filling and delicious. We had the chicken deluxe, and the chilli chicken, both were great, plenty of fillings and the chicken patties were fantastic, everything in it came together nicely for a quality burger, also really filled me up! Possibly the best vegan burgers I've ever had. I think the burgers ranged from like $13 to $16. The strawberry milkshake was also delicious, but maybe a little on the pricey side at $8.
