Serves meat, vegan options available. Burger place but has a soy burger and a lentil veggies burger (both patties are vegan) that come with a side of fries. Smoothie menu is marked as half being 100% fruit, the other half containing dairy. Casual atmosphere with seating on 2 floors. Currently open for delivery or pick up. Great pancakes, burgers and smoothies. - Edit
Great for grabbing quick food in between tours or before a bus. 15-20minutes and packed up well to go. The pancakes are really well done and good to eat later.

We came here twice in one day!! You can get a fruit smoothie with soy, almond, or coconut milk, and that’s fun!! Normally, I have to specify no milk in my smoothies to make them vegan. (I also specify no sugar—the fruit in Peru is so delicious!)

Vegan options are clearly marked, and there are quite a few vegan options here compared to other non-vegan restaurants we have been to in Peru. Vegan options definitely do not feel like an afterthought here!!

Vegan Nutella pancakes use normal non-vegan Nutella?! - Edit
We had quite decent coffee and solid vegan pancakes here.
Read moreBUT: We were super excited to find vegan Nutella pancakes on the menu, after ordering them we asked the waitress where they buy their vegan Nutella. Somehow confused she told us that you can buy Nutella in many Stores in Paracas. We first thought she meant vegan Nutella alternatives, but she assured us that it's normal original Nutella which they use for the pancakes. So they are marked as vegan but do use original Nutella with milk!
The other ones with nut cream which we ordered instead were solid. But somehow this talk left us confused. She made clear the pancakes are vegan, but the Nutella is not! Maybe it was just a misunderstanding or she does not know which Nutella they use.
Pros: Coffee, Vegan pancakes (with nut cream)
Cons: Use normal non-vegan Nutella for vegan pancakes!

Between us we had the oatmeal and the yoghurt and both were tasty. The coffee was also nice. Service was quick but it wasn't super busy. I looked at the rest of the menu and they have vegan pancakes all day plus their evening menu has some good vegan options, such as a vegan burger.

They have a couple of vegan options, including pancakes, toast with avocado and chia pudding. You pay 3 extra soles for plant-based "milk", not only for the drinks where it's clearly indicated. Service is slow and a drink never came.

We came here twice and were disappointed both times. There are no vegan buns for the burgers and they did not have the vegan pancakes. The server told us that the vegan options are smoothies/drinks, and pudding.
Read moreService was also slow. I ordered a matcha which took over 30 minutes to come out, meanwhile, people that arrived after us had whole breakfast platters brought out before my matcha. On top of that, the matcha wasn’t worth the wait. The smoothies just were okay

Cannot really understand the good ratings here. Veggie burger consists of heated up supermarket products (see picture).:However good to have a non-fishy alternative in the little town. There's better alternatives though.

The people at Fruzion were so great! We were in a rush and didn’t have much time, but they let us pay quickly and only mildly laughed when we picked up our toast to eat it as we walked. We had the pancakes, chia seed pudding, avocado toast, and coffee.

You should notice that the bread that comes with the burgers is not vegan so all this dishes are only vegetarian unless you eat the burger on a plate.

Horrible service but very tasty food! I ordered the vegan pancakes with almond butter, almonds and bananas and it tasted like banana bread! But it was also very thick and dry, so would recommend one of their delicious smoothies!! Would go back just for the smoothies!!

Our visit was really nice, we sit outside on the terrace and we had various food. From burgers to Pancakes. Good breakfast and lunch options. We were really hungry and the food was amazing for that.

I had breakfast here - vegan pancakes and soy cappuccino. Both were delicious. The staff are really friendly and seem to properly understand what vegan means. Prices were a bit expensive, but seems to be the case everywhere in Paracas.

Read moreThere are 5 vegan patties available and if you say you're vegan you'll get the dairyfree buns and avocado instead of egg. Ask for extra Vegainaise if you want it.
The burger was good. The pattie (chickpea) is a bit mushy, the one with lentils tastes muuch better and really well seasoned. Fresh ingredients.
Vegan breakfast-options include fruitsalad with granola and vegan yoghurt (insure you don't get honey! the yoghurt tastes pretty bad though tbh) pancakes (suuuper yummy...again, ask for no honey!) or chia pudding.
Amazing to have so many choices.
Buuut they charge extra for soymilk in the coffe which comes with the combo which then rises the price. To me that's a bit strange if you offer a "vegan breakfast set". cows milk is added for free.
Some of the smoothies are incredible here, gotta choose the ones with local fruits so they don't replace the fruits with syrup

Cons: charge 3S extra for soymilk, regular milk is free, they use honey for "vegan" pancakes
