Serves meat, vegan options available. Burger place but has a soy burger and a lentil veggies burger (both patties are vegan) that come with a side of fries. Smoothie menu is clearly marked as half being 100% fruit, the other half containing dairy. Casual atmosphere with seating on 2 floors. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-9:00pm.

Vegan option in Paracas - Edit
While it's not easy to find a vegan option in Paracas, Fruzion is affordable place with several vegan burgers. The food is average as well as the ambiente. Good option but not outstanding.

Ha sido un acierto ir a Fruzion,el personal muy atento y simpatico,tomé un smoothie de fresa,mango y maracuya que estaba buenisimo y una hamburguesa de quinoa deliciosa,repetire seguro.

Unexpected vegan options - Edit
I spent some time in Paracas during my travel through the country and was happily surprised with Fruzion. The vegan shakes are really good, and are the fuit shakes are some of the best I've ever had. There are a couple of vegan burgers to choose from and they all come with fries. I had the chick pea burger and came back the next day for the quinoa burger, both are awesome!

Milkshakes of the gods! - Edit
Ordered the soya milk mango vegan milkshake. It was the size of my head, and really really delicious.Tasted like icecream, but much healthier and only 10 soles, which for the size of it was really cheap.
I also ordered the quinoa burger (vegan). It was tasty, and hit the spot although I was not overwhelmed by it. It could definitely have been improved with a nicer bread bun, some pickles and maybe some vegan mayo? Regardless, it's definitely worth a visit. Order the milkshakes for definite; you won't be disappointed! If you're vegan, don't forget to specifically ask for soya milk.
There are also some tasty looking pancakes on the menu. I was pretty gutted there wasn't a vegan option for that; maybe next time!

Vegan food at the beach - Edit
We arrived in Paracas pretty late and most restaurants were closed. Luckily Fruzion is open until 10:30 pm. They have vegan burgers and can make shakes with soy milk. In addition, they are able to do oatmeal in the AM. The owner is extremely nice and can make accommodations for you. We ate two of the three meals here and that's only because we had a kitchen at our hotel. Thank you!

Very tasty vegetarian burgers with good fruitjuice, half frozen so almost an icecream, a treat in the heat of Paracas. Friendly staff, english spoken, relaxed atmosphere.
