We came here twice and were disappointed both times. There are no vegan buns for the burgers and they did not have the vegan pancakes. The server told us that the vegan options are smoothies/drinks, and pudding.
Read moreService was also slow. I ordered a matcha which took over 30 minutes to come out, meanwhile, people that arrived after us had whole breakfast platters brought out before my matcha. On top of that, the matcha wasn’t worth the wait. The smoothies just were okay

Cannot really understand the good ratings here. Veggie burger consists of heated up supermarket products (see picture).:However good to have a non-fishy alternative in the little town. There's better alternatives though.

The people at Fruzion were so great! We were in a rush and didn’t have much time, but they let us pay quickly and only mildly laughed when we picked up our toast to eat it as we walked. We had the pancakes, chia seed pudding, avocado toast, and coffee.

Horrible service but very tasty food! I ordered the vegan pancakes with almond butter, almonds and bananas and it tasted like banana bread! But it was also very thick and dry, so would recommend one of their delicious smoothies!! Would go back just for the smoothies!!

Our visit was really nice, we sit outside on the terrace and we had various food. From burgers to Pancakes. Good breakfast and lunch options. We were really hungry and the food was amazing for that.

I had breakfast here - vegan pancakes and soy cappuccino. Both were delicious. The staff are really friendly and seem to properly understand what vegan means. Prices were a bit expensive, but seems to be the case everywhere in Paracas.

The burger was good. The pattie (chickpea) is a bit mushy, the one with lentils tastes muuch better and really well seasoned. Fresh ingredients.
Vegan breakfast-options include fruitsalad with granola and vegan yoghurt (insure you don't get honey! the yoghurt tastes pretty bad though tbh) pancakes (suuuper yummy...again, ask for no honey!) or chia pudding.
Amazing to have so many choices.
Buuut they charge extra for soymilk in the coffe which comes with the combo which then rises the price. To me that's a bit strange if you offer a "vegan breakfast set". cows milk is added for free.
Some of the smoothies are incredible here, gotta choose the ones with local fruits so they don't replace the fruits with syrup
