We took an empanada and tortilla to take away. It is very tasty. The shop is 100% vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free. The offer beautiful and nutritious food, including bowl. The owners are super friendly and take the time to explain everything. Highly recommended.

Fruta Madre is a wonderful little oasis in Lyon on a hot day. The indoor climate is cool and the service is calm, friendly and welcoming. I got a nice salad, which was composed according to my wishes. Homemade bread with vegetables. I can only recommend this place.

J'aimerai pouvoir y manger tous les jours. Plein de saveurs, des recettes qui changent. Fait maison, un super accueil, du salés et du sucrés, des jus délicieux, tout est un vrai régal. On peut venir avec ses contenants ou prendre les consignes.

Wanted to give it a try after reading a few reviews. Not disappointed as everything is is homemade. The menu changes on a regular basis according to the seasonality of the products. Moreover the food is gluten free and sugar free. Haven ‘t tried the tempting juices so I shall come back for that

I was hungry and walking around Lyon when I saw signs saying 0% gluten, 0% sugar and I got super excited! I didn’t even think, I just got in and ordered a small bowl with the combinations available! So yummy! Roasted vegetables, lots of spices, vegan desserts and delicious juices! I totally recommend trying!

Un régal ! Tout est fait maison à partir de produit frais, entièrement vegan, sans gluten et sans sucre ajouté (même les desserts !) Chacun compose son bol comme il le souhaite à partir des options proposées dans la vitrine. Il y a également des jus frais, des sandwichs, et d’autres options qui évoluent au fil des saisons.
