Just grabbed a quick snack of dumplings and it was probably the best I'd had so far in Taiwan.

Very authentic Taiwanese food and it's vegan variations. One tofu bag noodle is enough to get full. Perfect for cold weather, cold noodles are perfect for when it's hot
