Well worth 2 hour drive

I visited this place few times and always enjoy everything. Mexican omelette was very good. Had some sandwiches and desserts in the past that were delicious.
Will be coming back.

Stumbled upon this place while traveling and wish I could have tried more items!
Creative, healthful and flavorful vegan food!
Everything tasted fresh and intentional but also super full of flavor. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable. Try the fresh juice!

Pros: Fresh ingredients, Gluten free options, Creative drinks

Cons: Costly

Best breakfast spot I've been to

We had a short shore visit to Ocean Grove and ate here twice (just 10 minutes away). Their Big Breakfast is enough for two (get the blueberry pancakes!). You cannot miss their Mexican Omelet either. HOW do they get it so fluffy? It is actually 2 meals' worth. Hashbrowns are the best I have ever had. Their cold brew is so good, and we had the sweetest and friendliest service from Daniel and others -- clearly good mgmt/hiring/training/service philosophy. Street parking was easy off season.

This place used to have occasional evening full-course dinners but is now focusing on other things and even has a cookbook coming out. StS kinda ruins me for other breakfast places. Everything is homemade and very high quality. Even if our lodging includes breakfast, we don't bother and come here as often as we can. So glad to see this place continuing to do so well.

Worth it!

I drove over an hour to try it out, and it didn’t disappoint. Hard decision, but I got the Chorizo Hash Bowl, which was very filling and tasty.
Got a chocolate almond raw cheesecake for dessert, which was amazing.

Cons: Few seats outside

Delicious breakfast

Visited years ago when they were at a different location and we thought they closed, we're so glad they're still around! Have only had breakfast and all options are so good. Today we had the Mexican omelet and "big breakfast", both super satisfying. Great drinks, too.

Amazing food and service!

I had the most wonderful experience at Seed To Sprout! The food was delish! I had the ultimate lox bagel. The flavors and textures in the sandwich were incredible and it was the best carrot lox I have ever had! I also had a fresh juice and ended up ordering some of the pastries to go! The staff are so nice and professional. This was the best restaurant experience I have had in a long time! I can’t wait to visit again soon!

Busy Vegan

2nd time here. It’s off-season at the Hersey shore so I can’t speak to how this place is during peak but it was busy today. All the indoor tables were taken. Outdoor seating was closed today. People constantly walking in and out picking up food orders. Always a positive sign for a restaurant. I found street parking easily (again - it’s not peak season). I had the Buffalo chickpea salad and it was absolutely fantastic! Very much looking forward to coming back. I also had a cup of the red pepper lentil soup and it was delicious.

Updated March 2024:
Back again. This time I had the Mexican omelette. I asked the person who took my order for a suggestion or recommendation, and without his hesitation this is the omelette that she said was the best. I was not disappointed. It was creamy and delicious from first bite until my last bite. The toast was also absolutely wonderful. Looking forward to coming back again.

Best vegan breakfast on the east coast

They have a variety of breakfast and lunch foods. All fully vegan and everything is gluten free except for their bagels and pancakes. Their toast is the tastiest, most savory gluten free toast I've had. Highly recommend stopping here. They tend to be busy but it's worth the wait and the food/service is fast.

Pros: Fully vegan, Gluten free options , Baked goods

I believe the pancakes are gluton free. Theyre made with millet flour. I think the bagels are, too. Ill check to make sure.

Great Brunch

A cool vibe welcomes the visitor to this lovely eatery.
The owners do not take shortcuts, as other eateries often do. No Beyond or Impossible junk, just fresh, organic goodness. Try the pancakes and the beet burger. They are awesome!

A lovely vegan breakfast

I had a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and chocolate chip pancakes. I had high hopes based on the reviews, and they were exceeded. There was no decaffeinated coffee, but the blossom tea was delicious. The server was a really sweet person. My spouse and I took a short walk afterwards along the boardwalk, which is just a few minutes away. It was a perfect way to spend my birthday. I hope to go back again soon.

Amazing !! Beet veggie burger is out of this world

We stopped in doing a random search for vegan restaurants and seen this location had a 5 star review. The wait was minimal very inviting small establishment but comfortable. We ordered the lentil soup beet burger and avocado sandwich the flavors were unique and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every bite. We grabbed a strawberry cheesecake and chocolate chip cookie and I must say I was impressed. A must go to if your in the area ♥️ #Veganuary

Amazing food

Discovered this gem because I’m driving to the shore for work often. The service is quick. I’ve had the chorizo scramble hash and the Buffalo chickpea salad so far. Obsessed. The marinated kale is delicious in both of the dishes I tried. In the chorizo scramble the cashew sauce is to die for, and the Buffalo chickpeas salad had such a tasty cashew ranch my mouth is watering. The juice is fresh and equally scrumptious. I’ll be coming here every trip to the shore from now on!!!

Pros: All vegan, Very healthy, Nice staff adorable interior

Why the coconut?

Decent food but I don’t like coconut butter and coconut flavor and they overuse it. Friendly staff. Pancakes (choc chip) were ok, small portion for the $. Breakfast/omelette was pretty good but I wouldn’t come back here.
