CLOSED: Frolic Yoghurt

Wow - I never visited a frozen yoghurt store thats so vegan friendly! Everything vegan is marked. They have at last four vegan yoghurts, a lot of toppings, sauces and vegan hot waffles!

I'd been looking for an excuse to come here and I found it one stinking hot Sunday evening recently. We realised it was cool inside and so we took in some containers and filled them up with vegan frozen yoghurt. Of the four flavours available we chose chocolate and banana walnut, because the coconut sounded a bit boring (I'm so over coconut ice cream) mango just seemed too fruity at the time - and besides we added fruit as topping. Your container gets weighed at the end and you're charged accordingly, which I don't think was too expensive. My banana walnut was nice enough but so cold that my taste buds were numbed to the flavour. The chocolate was delicious and not too sweet. The woman serving us told me the flavours change monthly. I noticed they also have vegan waffles here, which may tempt me back some time. This place always seems empty, so I'd advise you vegans to get here quickly before another vegan-friendly joint closes down.
