Vegan curry wurst taste explosion! - Edit
Apparently, the story goes that after WWII, American and British GI’s wanted ketchup (or HP sauce)on their sausages and a local Berliner tried to recreate it using tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and curry powder. It wasn’t ketchup but everyone loved it.

This version has vegan sausage over French fries and covered in this curry sauce. Delicious!
They also have a beautiful salad that has falafels and a beet/hummus dressing. Beautiful and quite delicious.
You order at a video kiosk and instead of getting a number for your order, yu are assigned a name and they call out “Bart Simpson” of “Krusty” or “Marvel Comics.”
Reasonably priced, too!

I love to possibility to order the currywurst separated from the fries.
Overall you can get good street food fries here. You must order it in person or at the terminal, there is no service at the table.
Could easily offer more vegan options.

Biggest heads up; they prioritize in person orders first. When you show up; then your order will begin to get made.
Read moreDecent vegan options and generally good ones at that. They're super busy which is nice to see, that does mean things get missed too. Don't place an online for pick up order.

Very large space (for a German fries restaurant) at major tourist spot; many busses, trams & "S" type trains stop here. Peaceful, staff handles the tourists very well. Good quality. Seats outside & inside.

I didn't get to try currywurst last time I was in Germany, so I had to make sure to this time. We passed this place last night but it was closed.
Read moreI got a portion of vegan currywurst with fries and a drink called die limo limette-zitrone flavour.
GC got chilli cheese fries and a sparkling water.
The currywurst is delicious and the chips are perfectly cooked, one of the best tasting chips I've ever had and I have had a lot of chips.
I tried some of GC's chilli cheese chips and They were really tasty as well.
We ordered by machine near the door which was brilliant as it had an English option.
The place has a nice atmosphere, lots of wood and plants with medium level brightness for lighting.
The staff at the counter were friendly and the two meals only cost around €22 which is very good.

I got the vegan chilli cheese chips and a sparkling water. I also tried some of Purp's Currywurst with chips and their Die Limo drink.
Read moreThe drinks were nice. I find German sparkling water to be very flat in comparison to what I'm used to, but it's still very nice. Die Limo was very lemony, so if you like fresh lemonade you'd probably love this.
The Currywurst was nice, it was my first time having Currywurst so I have nothing to compare it to. The sausage was juicy, the sauce was tangy, it all went very well together.
I loved my chili cheese chips. The chips were crispy, all of the flavours went really well together, the vegan cheese sauce was amazing! The sour cream tasted nothing like sour cream and tasted more like a tangy mayonnaise but it went really well with it.
You can order at a touch screen that has the menu and instructions in both English and German. You then wait for the staff to call the random word that has been given to your order - this word is printed at the top of your receipt and it also tells you what it is on the touch screen after you pay for your order - our word was "Sherlock".
I would definitely eat here again, it's tasty, cheap, fast, in a convenient location and has a good selection of vegan options, I just wish the portions were a bit bigger.

No doubt with the Label. 100% plant based Currywurst. Very delicious. Good Sauce. Fast making but the Portion are pretty small. Its a good snack but could be more Sauce.

I was impressed to see clearly labelled vegan options at a chain restaurant. Plenty of vegan options and all sauces are listed clearly as vegan so there’s no confusion.
