amazing fries - Edit
The fries are very, very good, almost the best I've ever tasted. Just slightly too salty for my taste. I will ask for less salt next time!

The shop is small and has very limited seating or waiting area. Still it felt very welcome. I loved that the staff's work clothing is a flannel shirt with the Frietkamer logo.
I understand why this place is in the top 3 of the best fries in the country.

I think only the fries are vegan, but they are great. The potatoes were cut right in front of us. The vegan sauces are tomato ketchup, curry and vegan mayonnaise. Definitely a must for fans of Dutch fries 😀

Snacks nuttigen op bankje in de zon. - Edit
De frietkamer kun je vinden in de Zijlstraat, een leuk klein gebouw in het centrum van Haarlem. Er zijn twee bankjes om je snacks buiten op te eten. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk met humor. Ik nam er friet en een Vegan kroket. Super lekker !
