Tasty Burger - Edit
The directions from Happy Cow was slightly incorrect. The petrol station with the restaurant was on the other side is the road and the name was also different. However, the burger was nice enough and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Good soup (no meme intended) - Edit
Great vegan soup of the day served with bread and butter!
Read moreVegan burger is okay but could have a bit more garniture. It's served with spicy (not too much) fries and a soda. It's great to have a place like this (you can also buy groceries) with vegan food in this area!
Pros: Vegan soup
Cons: Burger a bit basic but it's good!

Tasty fast food - Edit
Nice fastfood restaurant inside of the gas-station. It's a little bit of all, gasstation, supermarket, souvenirshop and restaurant.
Read moreBurger is tasty and comes with fries and soda for 2300isk (15€). Quiet cheap for icelandic standard. Good tasty, friendly staff, clean restaurant area.

Burger - Edit
For a gas station buffet/cafeteria burger, this was pretty good. The onion jam is tasty, the chili- mayo is plentiful, and the fries were perfectly done. After a day of driving and hiking this was a satisfactory lunch. Additionally, the adjacent minimart has some vegan snacks, like Violife "cheese" and deli "meat" slices.

Cons: Only one vegan option

It's a petrol station burger - Edit
We had two vegan burgers with fries for about 25€. If you eat in, it also comes with a soda. Burgers and fries were okay. When you are really hungry after a snowy day of hiking and driving, then it's absolutley fine. They also serve a vegan soup. The station also has a little shop and sells some other vegan products, I spotted oreos and other vegan cookies, oat milk in the fridge.
