Love this place. Really hope this place goes far as it has the potential to be everywhere. I have been here 3 times and they always seem to be busy which is a good sign.

order something other than sandwiches - Edit
A lovely little place withblots of choice. But unfortunately I went for the sandwiches. Which are premade and not great. The hunger beer however was very nice. As were the sweet potato fries.

Great concept - Edit
Visited Fressh for the first time on Sunday with my partner. The staff are very attentive and helped go through the menu with us. They recommended us their 3 favourites - The what the guac burger, Tex Mex meatball sub and a side of Mac N Cheese. I loved my burger and the meatball sub was impressive too. I have tried many vegan Mac N Cheese's and I would say this is easily the creamiest and cheesiest of them all. So glad we visited. Will definitely be back.

slightly disappointed - Edit
i was really looking forward to eating at this place due to the raving reviews.
Read morethe interior is nice, the staff is lovely, yet the food experience itself fell a little short.
what i can definitely recommend is the what the guac burger, sweet potato fries and brownie. the mac and cheese, however, (which is what i was the most excited about) was underwhelming and i wish the sandwiches weren't premade. the taco bowl could definitely use some dressing.
overall, although i did like this place, it's not 5* worthy imho.
Pros: burger, brownie, staff, interior
Cons: idk i just expected a bit more

Fantastic little stop for good value vegan food - Edit
Fressh is the second 100% vegan place to open in Birmingham City Centre. It is very reasonably priced and has a great selection of burgers, curries and salads and deserts. The staff are very friendly and have cool uniforms and service is very fast, no waiting around! It is very conveniently located in the centre of town. Can't go wrong here.

Feeling Fressh - Edit
Gorgeous array of plant-based foods to pick, all delicious and freshly made to order. Unfortunately the Mac & Cheese was sold out when we arrived, but we ordered everything else we were excited to try - Meatball sub, Taco salad bowl, Thai curry, Falafel salad bowl and a side of Sweet potato fries. Everything was seasoned well, and was delicious.
Read moreThe staff were really helpful and friendly, and the venue was very clean. The only gripe I have is the amount of one-use packages for eating in.
I can't wait to try more of the menu out in the future; the breakfast menu looks amazing, and of course to try their legendary Mac & Cheese!
Pros: Completely vegan menu, Great location , Tasty food
Cons: Amount of packaging

Great food, lovely staff - Edit
I've eaten various times at Fressh and the food doesn't disappoint. It's great to now have a city centre vegan fast food place, where not only can you get a quick bite to eat if you're in a rush, but feel like you're eating pretty healthy food too. I'd recommend the What The Guac burger with fries, and the turmeric latte is good too! The staff are lovely, as is the owner. The only thing I would like to see is for compostable or more eco friendly packaging/cutlery to be used. This is my usual qualm with all places anyway, so not a dig at Fressh but more society in general. But I am always more likely to eat/drink in a place that doesn't create plastic waste :)

Life changing experience! - Edit
Ive only recently become vegan and this was my first 'all vegan'eatery I tried. I was told by one of their staff members that apparently I had chosen their best seller 'what the guac' so I couldnt go wrong. This was well and truly a life changing experience! Cant wait to go again

I have started to slowly reduce my meat intake recently and have been exploring many good veggie options in Bham city centre lately. I must say HANDS DOWN Fressh is the best w. Being a 100% vegan cafe I couldnt believe the stuff they do. Its all healthy fast food and served all quick.

Fresh & Tasty - Edit
Came here for lunch whilst visiting Birmingham. The shop itself is lovely. So clean, light and airy. The decor’s great and it’s really a nice environment to eat in.
Read moreThe salad/food bar was excellent. Great variety and all looked really fresh. The menu was great, plenty of choice and reasonably priced.
Between us we had a burger, the meatball sub, fries and the star of the show; the mac and cheese. It was all really nice. The bread especially, was soft and fresh and the mac and cheese topped with coconut bacon was delicious.
Our only criticism of the shop would be the 2 young, female staff members. They were lacking personality and didn’t appear welcoming or enthusiastic. When asked if a salad could be made to order rather than straight off the menu we received confused looks and a quiet “ummmm I don’t know..” with no further help. They also seemed to be slow and slightly inadequate on the till and payment side of things.
This wasn’t necessarily an issue but compared to any other vegan eatery I’ve been too it was quite unusual. It gave the impression of a commercial chain which employed ‘just anyone’, not people passionate about veganism.
Despite this, I’d definitely return, if not for the experience then the food alone!
Pros: Tasty Food, Reasonably Priced (for a city), Lovely Environment
Cons: Indifferent and Slightly Incompetent Staff

Friendly staff, great food - Edit
We were looking for breakfast in Birmingham and were disappointed by the choice we found, so we did a search online and Fressh was the closest suggestion. Even then we were still hunting around, but then we actually stumbled on to Fressh, we took that as a sign we should give it ago. The breakfast was good, we had the breakfast meal deals. I think that maybe the deal could offer two hash browns but other than that we were really impressed.
Read moreThe man who served us was really friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and we enjoyed it. If we come to Birmingham again we’ll definitely go back to Fressh, at present they’ve only been open 4 weeks, so I wish them the best of luck.
Pros: Vegan, woo hoo!, Great staff, Good menu choices
Cons: Out of the way, could be difficult to find, There are only stools, I like a chair with a back, Can’t think of another one!
