Very reliable chain store where (almost at all times) - Edit
Ordered online a Teriyaki Twist Bowl which comes with rice. Reached there on stipulated time and still not ready and then I got asked they don't have rice can they replace with quinoa and kale instead. A bit disappointing as I don't feel full(y) satisfaction without rice.
Read moreThe bowl was made with perfect ingredients. Reached my desk to find out no dressing added to the bowl. Nothing in the bag as well (I didn't ask for dressing on side). Thankfully I had added some sriracha.
Have had many bowls at Freshii and the very first where the order was not made satisfactory.
Pros: Freshly prepared food, Fairly good vegan options
