I've been to Freshii a couple times. You basically order a bowl or a wrap and choose your protein. I get a rice bowl with brown rice, veggies, tofu, beans, a spicy BBQ sauce, and no cheese. You could mix and match countless ways. Good stuff!
Pros: easy, inexpensive , skyway accessible
Cons: nothing listed "vegan" so you have to ask on sauc
