New Favourite Cafe in Raipur

Fresh Theory Café might just be my new favourite spot. It's a small, cosy vegetarian café with a warm vibe and staff who actually understand veganism - they could veganize almost every dish on the menu without any confusion or fuss.
We tried the avocado toast and loved it so much we ordered two more. The leafy tofu wrap was equally good, with roasted broken peanuts on top being the standout element. The mango coconut milkshake was creamy and refreshing. The quesadilla was decent in taste but could've been crispier.
Two small things that genuinely made a difference - they serve water in glass bottles instead of pushing overpriced packaged water, and they have an actual physical menu. No QR codes, no unscrollable PDFs, just a proper menu you can flip through. Refreshing in more ways than one.
The only downside was slightly slow service, though given that everything seems to be prepared fresh to order, it's understandable.
Overall a great find - definitely coming back!
