Food great; service slow, orders incorrect - Edit
Make sure that you have plenty of time if you plan to eat here. We went on two separate occasions and both times the service was slow and the orders were incorrect. It took about 45 minutes to get coffee and about an hour for all of us to receive our meals. My husband is vegan and his order was served with reindeer sausage both times we ate there and had to be redone. When the food did come it was delicious but both times it took more than 90 minutes for coffee and three breakfast entres. Management seemed to feel very badly about the mix ups and offered to comp some items. However, since our experience was similar on both occasions with different staff both days, it is clear ours was not a one-time issue. On our first visit we had several people take our drink orders several times, yet despite this it took a very long time to get our drinks.
