Fresh Sandwich and Salad Bar

In search of a green smoothie, I dropped by this sandwich and salad bar in downtown Pula.
The options include not just sandwiches and the classic salads, but a variety of lentil and bean based salads, as well as smoothies. All of the super smoothies included yogurt. Many sandwiches were vegan or could easily be made vegan.
It was made a bit more difficult to order because all of the listed ingredients and items were in Croatian and had to be translated by an employee so that I could order.
Good stop in place to grab a quick lunch or snack on the go.

I got hummus and salad in a large round bit of bread for 17k...About £2! So simple, filling and yummy. They were out of tofu so couldn't get that, but will go again to try it.
The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about what was vegan.

long time customer (since they opened) but still today they served me bread over three days old - hard as stone.
and that just reminded me that they buy groceries in lidl and they make smoothies with apple juice which is full of sugar :/

I are here recently and was in the mood for a sandwich rather than a salad, the woman working helpfully pointed out all of the possible vegan options which included hummus with salad and smoked tofu with olive tapenade and lettuce. You also got to choose your bread from three or four kinds. My husband and I split two sandwiches and I enjoyed the smoked tofu sandwich on a round white bun the most.
