My go-to for dinner - Edit
The vegan pho is delicious. My go-to dinner since moving to Ellenbrook. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are always lovely. There does seem to be some more options like bao instore than if you order online through their website. Their bubble tea is great, too.

Fresh Pho House does some pretty awesome vegan options! A must try is the Bun cha gio chay and the vegan rice paper rolls (the sauce they serve these with is insane!)

Delicious vegan vietnamese options - Edit
What a gem I found in Ellenbrook! I've always loved pho, but it's very hard to find it in vegan form. This place offers not only vegan pho, but it also has plenty of other vegan options to choose from. It's a small, lovely eatery offering enormous portions at a very fair price, and the food is freshly prepared. This also means that you may need to wait a little longer if you order take away at the counter.
