Great health store - Edit
I stopped by here on vacation. They had a nice deli, some fresh fruit, and the food there was similar to the health food you can find in America.
Pros: organic food, good deli
Cons: hard to find

Largest health food supermarket chain in PR - Edit
They are very well stocked and carry a lot of local produce, vegan, vegetarian items. A little overpriced but that is the price you pay in an island that doesnt much care for healthy eating.
Pros: great variety, lots of vegan products, open 7 days a week
Cons: expensive, long lines at checkout
