So I stopped in.
Read morePeople seemed very crabby
and anoyyed with my questions
about being plant based.
They seemed very uninformed and unsure about the black bean burger and peanut sauce being vegan.
No plant based cheese.
Anyway, I left without getting anything so not sure about the food but the 3 people I had contact with working there all seemed crabby and annoyed.

Salem has been missing this type of healthy food for I would say 20 plus years..... Panera and fast food joints are in no competition with places like this. With my health concerns... this is the perfect place where I can get food quickly and it taste great but most importantly it is healthy! I can also tell that the staff are real and down to earth and really strive to produce quality food and customer service. Nothing is easy in this industry and I can not say enough that I appreciate the care that shows in the way the food is made and served😄

I work in the area near Fresh Hub and as a vegan business lunches are always an anxiety inducing thing. I always suggest Fresh Hub as an option because it’s so easy for me to order without feeling obnoxious with substitutes galore. And my non-vegan coworkers love the food here too!

The staff here is amazing. So welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is great. New Age music playing, Free WiFi and charging outlets in most seating areas (good amount of seating). I wish there were more vegan options so you don’t have to be so specific when ordering. They have a grab and go fridge with salads and other items.

Working Out the Kinks - Edit
After reading through Google reviews and knowing that Fresh Hub Eatery is located on a street with many businesses, I called my order in just after 11 AM when they opened. It took a few tries to get through to speak with someone but I ordered the Thai peanut wrap with tofu and a side of chips/pickle and a non-vegan wrap for my father. I was told that the order would take 30 minutes which was perfect for my schedule. When I arrived my food was ready waiting for me and it took just a few minutes to pay. I noticed that there were several employees working frantically and it seemed a little bit disorganized. The phone was ringing off the hook and wasn't getting answered. I'm guessing that since this place is fairly new they may be understaffed or still training their employees. As I was walking to my car I realized that I didn't receive any chips that I ordered so I went back in and the employee I checked out with was very apologetic and told me I could grab two small bags of chips.
Read moreAll that being said, our food was very tasty. The dressing for the Thai peanut wrap was creamy and delicious. I would definitely go back to the Fresh Hub Eatery and would prefer to call ahead my order since I'm not sure how long the wait would be if you are dining inside.
