Hidden gem in San Pedro Sula - Edit
I had a hard time finding food I really liked in Honduras. Seems like most stuff is fried and not veggie friendly. The hostel recommended this restaurant in the blendor tea shop. I had home fermented garbanzo bean tempeh and sweet potato tortillas with sautéed veggies. Blew my mind. Came back for lunch and had the best veggie burger I’ve ever had. This place is crazy innovative in a place that has almost nothing.
