Additional vegan add-ins include bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, chickpeas, seed mix, hummus, edamame and more. Also offers avocado toast and vegan vegetable hummus sandwich. Limited Options and Slow Service - Edit
Ordered a PB smoothie. They were out of both oat, and soy milk but did have coconut and almond.

Contrary to the previous review their menu seems properly marked.

Their menu lists things as V or VG to designate vegetarian or vegan. Unfortunately, the staff I encountered was not trained to know which is which. Their menu also uses both designations (V and VG) on non-vegan menu items such as burritos containing scrambled eggs and cheese. When I asked for clarification on this labeling issue, the staff was unable to answer even a single question. They couldn't answer what was vegetarian or vegan, how to veganize something, or even which letters were supposed to mean "vegan." When I pointed out that non-vegan menu items had both VG and V on them, they literally just shrugged. It just wasn't worth the risk to order something, so we just left. Super disappointing.

Great for breakfast or lunch - Edit
I built my own salad with mesclun, edamame, broccoli, carrots, kidney beans, radishes, red bell pepper, cranberries, quinoa, and chipotle lime vinaigrette dressing. Delicious! Especially now that Ethos and other vegan places in Winter Park have closed, it's nice to have an option like Fresh & Co. It's a chain that's popular in NY, NJ, and CT. Exciting to see them taking off in Orlando. There's a super cute mural outside.
