Consider NOT eating here - Edit
We were famished and stopped to eat at Fresh China based on two really good reviews even though there was one detailed negative review. Believe the negative review, please! We just had a similar experience and we strongly agree with the negative reviewer.
Pros: vege and vegan choices, location good, not crowded
Cons: dirty and grimey, substitute cheaper ingredients listed on menu, waitress took order then sat and watched TV

So many delicious vegan choices! - Edit
I've eaten at Fresh China (or enjoyed their delivery service) several times, and have ordered something different each time. Without exception the food has been delicious. It's freshly made, very flavorful, and I love having so many organic items to choose from. I'm vegan, and appreciate having such a wide array of options on the regular menu--no need to ask for special orders. The owner/chef is always attentive and anxious to make sure our meal is wonderful.
Pros: So many vegan choices, Many organic options, and no MSG, Delicious!!!
Cons: It's all so good--what should I order??!

The greasiest spring rolls I've ever had. Restaurant unclean and owner/waitress/host (?) in a seemingly disgruntled mood. Is this stuff really organic? Nothing to rave about regardless, and no mention of msg which is likely in use. Maybe it was different in 2009??
Pros: vegetarian options, antibiotic free chicken
Cons: oily/greasy, likely unhealthy oils

Fresh China Rocks! - Edit
One of Santa Rosa's best kept secrets. Located in the Coddingtown Mall, Fresh China is an oasis of delicious organic California-influenced Chinese food. Lot's of vegetarian and vegan options. Try the Veggie Potstickers, the Pine Nut Lettuce Wrap, the Moo Shoo Vegetables and/or the Veggie Chow Fun. Pillow tofu and Singapore Noodles are also great options. Good selection of local/organic beers and wine, too.
