Bland with a side of bland - Edit
Unfortunately like most Mexican places I've encountered, they don't really cater well to vegans. I had the vegan roasted veggie taco bowl and it left much to be desired. The sweet potato was par cooked and under seasoned. The only saving grace was the hot sauces they brought out with the tortilla chips. The bowl itself was super unsatisfactory. The rice was at the very bottom and trying to get a composed bite was difficult. For $20, a bowl of roasted veggies, rice and beans is not worth it. Would have benefited from some tortillas on the side or mushrooms in the veggie mix. Overall, wouldn't recommend, we won't be back.
