Can't recommend - Edit

We ordered pizzas for takeaway and had a very unpleasant experience.

First, on the phone they laughed when we asked to remove the ham from a 4 Season pizza, and refused to do it. They also have a vegan pizza on the menu but it's basically a dough with tomato sauce on it.

Then, the person who appeared to be in charge seemed openly hostile towards takeaway customers from the moment we arrived. What started as a simple discussion about our order escalated unnecessarily and resulted in a member of our group being physically grabbed. The situation became so tense that employees had to step in and de-escalate.

The staff handled the situation professionally, but the person in charge was clearly the source of the problem. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Disappointing experience and limited vegan options - Edit

We visited this restaurant after seeing it listed on HappyCow, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.

When placing our takeaway order, we asked whether it would be possible to get the Quattro Stagioni without ham. We were told this was not possible. Since the restaurant is listed on HappyCow, we also asked about vegan pizza options. The response on the phone was surprising and gave us the impression that vegan requests were not well understood or accommodated.

The pickup itself was equally unpleasant. A simple discussion about our order became unnecessarily confrontational, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Other staff members eventually stepped in and handled the situation professionally, which we appreciated.

Overall, we did not feel welcome as customers looking for vegan-friendly options. Based on our experience, this is not a place we would recommend to vegans or those seeking accommodating plant-based choices.

Vegan options without taste and aggressive restaurant owner - Edit

In this restaurant I had my worst experience for years. The restaurant owner made the suggestion to remove the cheese from the classic bruschetta to serve it vegan, which we choosed. We also choosed the vegan pizza. First the bruschetta came with regular cheese that the staff removed again. The taste was not present. The vegan pizza missed also any taste. Italian spice were not present on the pizza.
After paying (I insisted to pay everything we consumed) I told the restaurant owner that the options were not tasty. He became aggressive to me (I was together with my wife) and declared a house ban on me. At the restaurant side he and one of his staff tried to force me to take 50 euros, which I strongly rejected. I tried to leave and felt totally not comfortable there. Later I called the police and talked with them. I did not asked to open a criminal complaint, because it’s a heavy grey zone.

I asked my wife to review my review and the only thing she couldn’t confirm was the amount of money I forcefully was asked to take, as she stood on the side and could not see the amount, but she confirmed that this also happened.

Personal kennt sich nicht aus - Edit

Getränkebestellung öfters nicht verstanden. Pizza Calzone ohne Käse (extra vegan)bestellt, aber mit Parmesan darüber gerieben serviert. Nach Reklamation einfach neue Tomatensauce darüber gemacht, aber behauptet, dass der Käse entfernt wurde. Die Calzone war auch sehr teigig und nicht durch. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.
