Burger is pretty good - Edit

The airport location does not have the promised tempeh Reuben, and that's a shame. The burger is good, the aioli is vegan, but don't forget to tell them no cheese. The salad option is vegan by default, even the dressing.

So nice to have yummy vegan options in the airport - Edit

I was a little disappointed the tempeh Reuben wasn't on the menu anymore, but I had the vegan sweet corn arepas and they were amazing. Let's be honest, just having vegan options marked on the menu as such in an airport is such a blessing.

Delicious stop for a vegan at MSP - Edit

Was so happy to find a place on Happy Cow that offers ANYTHING vegan at MSP (airports can be really tough). Just had the vegan corn cakes here on a long layover and enjoyed them thoroughly!

Yum! The answer to your hungry airport woes! - Edit

I arrived here super hungry with 2 hours before my next flight. I already had French Meadow Bakery on my list as a vegan-friendly place to try. I ordered almost everything on the menu that was vegan... coleslaw, breakfast potatoes, tofu scramble, and some kind of savory corncake. It was all incredible! I was really happy to find this place. The service was quick and friendly, and the server was knowledgeable about vegan options. The food was tasty and varied! I would definitely eat here again! Much better than typical airport options. I'd go here if it weren't in the airport as well!

Pros: multiple vegan options, savory & delicious, knowledgable staff

Several vegan options - Edit

While the menu here isn't as extensive as the one at the Lyndale location in town, and lacks some of my favorite vegan options from the original location's menu, there are still several choices for vegans here. Not bad for airport food.

Pros: Several vegan options

Cons: Serves meat

Vegan blueberry pancake was delicious - Edit

Thanks to Happy Cow, I had an awesome vegan pancake breakfast at French Meadow bakery at the airport. It was a most pleasant surprise to find vegan food at the airport and for it to be tasty.

A definite repeat.

Pros: vegan dishes, good flavor, at the airport

Healthy, Organic Options - Edit

This cafe is located in Concourse F. They have a variety of breakfast, sandwich, soup, and salad options. In addition to bakery items, they also have snacks like Terra Chips and Garden of Eatin. They have organic coffee and you can purchase Kombucha as well. I am vegan, and there were a few good options on the menu. I ordered a large bowl of vegan black bean chili that was very filling and served with sourdough for 7.99.

Vegan-Friendly - Edit

Great food, some vegan-friendly options. I love the Vegan Breakfast and the Vegan Corn Blueberry Pancakes. They also have great vegan cookies and now they have almond milk!!!

Only downside is they are a bit pricy and the place is small, so be prepared when you go during busy times like brunch on the weekends.

Pros: food quality, almond milk, customer service

Cons: pricy/expensive

Best option in MSP ... but - Edit

I've eaten here many times and in general breakfast is great and so are the soups. Some of the sandwiches I've had I wouldn't repeat. Veggie burger with slaw ($12.29) looks and tastes like a warmed up frozen patty and the Ruben was also disappointing. Not many choices in the airport and with the prices you might want to consider something else.

Pros: Soups, Breakfast foods

Cons: cost, sandwich menu
