DO NOT ORDER! THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

It’s been 25 days since I ordered a variety box. I was corresponding with the team on Instagram and was told my delivery would be shipped out within a couple days. After that they went on vacation and apologized and said I’d be receiving my box shortly. Week 3 goes by and I get another apology. They said they’d make it an extra special box because they messed up. They promised I would be receiving a shipping confirmation for weeks and have not received it. They were fairly responsive at first and now are ghosting me. I was so excited about ordering exotic fruits from them, I’ve been following them for a couple years. I’m so tired of their excuses and just hoping my bank will be able to fight this. So disheartening to finally realize they’re running a SCAM. I should have done more research before ordering- I’m seeing other people online mention similar situations.
