Freebirds is Really Good - Edit
The cafeteria style allows you to start with the tortilla and go right down the line adding what you want so that you design your own veggie burrito.
Pros: Fast friendly service, There are a lot of veggie options , good atmosphere
Cons: not sure if beans/tortilla are lard free
