Great Vegan Options for West Texas! :) - Edit
This chain has many vegan & vegetarian options that are labeled. In west Texas where it's hard to even find a place that has a veggie burger, this is a huge deal! It's like Chipotle, but way better in my opinion. The portions are HUGE! :D They have more options than chipotle, and even my carnivore husband agrees the food quality is better. They have options that are gluten-free as well as oil-free options. All of the wraps/tortillas are vegan(cayenne-which is really hot, wheat, and white). And the tacos are gluten-free. They have tempeh, which is super good & an amazing option for around here, vegan oil-free "un-refried" beans, black beans, and pinto beans. Cilantro-lime rice(my fav) & Spanish rice(is vegan). Lettuce & mixed green options(you can get a salad/burrito bowl as well). Cooked peppers & onions. Corn pico, avocado(which DOES NOT cost extra on the vegetarian/vegan burritos), guacamole, shredded cheese, cilantro, fresh limes & lemons, and 3 levels of hot sauce (probably more toppings I'm forgetting) BBQ sauce is not vegan. Highly recommend going here if you live in west Texas! :)
Pros: vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free labeled options, tempeh, oil-free vegan "un-refried" beans, large portions & multiple options for veggies!!
Cons: none!! everything is kept separate, and you can as, serves meat
