Vegan Chorizo Bowl - Edit
Very clean, friendly staff and quick service. I had the vegan chorizo bowl with rice, beans and a variety of salsas. The staff was kind enough to answer my many questions and allowed me to sample the salsas as they were building my bowl. Recommend for a quick veggie friendly meal on the go.

Most everything, besides the obvious meat, cheese, sour cream, etc., is vegan and they provide a hearty, protein filled tempeh meat substitute.
