Good tempeh burrito in a pinch - Edit
In any of the border states, Mexican food is a staple and here in Texas, it's no exception. We love our Mexican dishes and even 'traditional' vegan food when prepared at home winds up very spicy with plenty of chili powders, peppers and onions. It can be a struggle in Arlington to find something quick and nutritious when you only have a few minutes. Freebirds offer a tempeh burrito option and it' very good. Tempeh is becoming a staple in our house because of its usually organic status and its nutrition packed profile. MUCH safer and more nutritious than tofu. I wish we had the choice here to ONLY eat at 100% vegan establishments but my opinion also is that in a financially driven market, if these corps see how popular their limited vegan options are, they'll add more and who knows what the future will bring? Even within our small circle of friends and family, the vegan lifestyle is spreading like wildfire. Keep the faith. The world is changing. :))

Cons: Only one vegan option, Sells animal based foods
