Sadly there are no vegan options on the current menu. We asked a staff member about vegan options and were told there aren't any, so we left and went elsewhere.

We visited frederick's based on a review here, but we found it to be average.

They were sold out of one of the 2 vegan options they had.

We ordered the vegan flatbread with hummus and toasted veg (which apparently is like a toasted sandwich) and got them to veganise the cous cous salad. We found both dishes were lacking flavour.

We also had to pay the same price for the couscous salad, even though we removed the meat and cheese.

Just go to alkaline cafe instead.

Busy little cafe - Edit

Good coffee option. Have had the loaded fries a few times but they’re not on the menu anymore. Now it’s an avo and veg on toast kind of thing at breakfast. Lunch menu has the one vegan option.
