a solid non italian pizza - Edit

I have to say that I’m a fan of a good Italian pizza with super thick and fluffy „crust“ and thin bottom / middle part, letting the dough rise for the right amount of time.
The pizza at Freddy‘s is not like that, more of an American Pizza, but also not really haha.
The crust is thin, the bottom also, the dough is not playing an important role here, it’s topped with a ton of things. In this case this is positive - I had similar experiences before, with less toppings the dough would be boring, and kinda tasteless.
But I had many vegan options to choose from (beside veggies of course. They have vegan cheese and different faux meats), which you can rarely find in this area.
I decided to chose a variation I’d never have on an Italian pizza (so you clearly feel it’s not trying to copy a classic and fails completely) - broccoli, red onion, garlic, vegan minced meat, Simply v cheese and arugula on top (last is my standard, I have to admit).
The pizza was generously loaded and hearty in taste.
I liked this special combo and was happy, not to choose a margherita or other classic Italian pizza.
Therefore, at least if you’re a lover of original high quality Italian pizza (which maybe needs a bit of tomato and olive oil and everything else is optional, cause the dough is so good) then choose a crazy combo here (why not with asparagus, vegan chicken and barbecue sauce haha) :-)
