Toastie and coffees

right, I woke up and thought I fancy a fancy sandwich. Thought id take a stroll to fred and dougs. Said I wanted a vegan sandwich and was recommended a truffle, mushroom and sundried tomato toastie. I also asked for a flat white with cows milk (not for me) and two members of staff checked with me to make sure my order was correct (love this)

Im now sat in my office, possibly eating the best toastie ive probably ever eaten. Big, wonderful just literally fantastic. Thought i should let you guys know!

Pros: Checking my order twice to ensure as a vegan, Great friendly service, Good knowledge of menu

Good breakfasts

This is my go-to place around the Epping area for breakfast, however it seems they've now removed the vegan breakfast and replaced with Veggie. They still have a few vegan options and freshly made juices and id still continue to come, but more based on the fact there is very limited choice around.

Cons: So loud and noisy

The best ever oat lattes

Usually with coffee shops I’m worried about being given the wrong milk or the non dairy milk being overheated and ruining the taste of my coffee, but these guys get it perfect everytime, always tastes like a dream!! They use oatly too
