Loved the chic yet warm decor. Service was amazing. The food was creative and delicious - with the wine or mocktail pairing option, it was simply a dream. Would highly recommend. Worth every penny.

For our second visit to Frea, we went with my whole family - including three kids under ten years old. I was a bit nervous about doing such a nice meal with kids, but Frea could not have been more accommodating. They have a kids menu (which is made up of ingredients you'll find in the regular multi-course meal) and they are flexible to meet the needs of the little ones. I also love that in addition to a pretty typical (for fine dining) wine pairing, they also offer an alcohol-free pairing option, which is really special.

An excellent service, amazing presentation and an eating night out you can not really forget. It is definitely an experience as many already described in here. I have to say, it is not for everyone's pocket but sometime you have to treat yourself. Menu was starting from around 55 each.

The best vegan experience ever. Food is exceptional. We went for the 3 course option. So delicious it will not disappoint, seasonal menu changes every few months. Autumn options were devine, so hard to pick a favourite but I'll go with the mushroom tartare this time. Can't wait to return.

I loved everything about Frea. It’s a great restaurant with friendly staff. The food was great, a true experience with many different tastes. We had a five star course and loved the dessert the most with the amazing white chocolate.

Went there to convince a meat eater that vegan food is actually edible and more than just lettuce and overcooked veggies. What can I say. We were both blown away by the meal creations and enjoyed every single one. Lovely presentation. Waiting time between courses was just right.

Great food. Service in German or English. On a busy street but patio enclosed nicely with plant foliage. Service excellent. Course menu about 55 euros without alcohol pairing, more with pairing. Servers very helpful for pairing menu and explaining dishes. Great in house bread too, server recommended using some of it to mop up extra sauce from dish and it was an excellent suggestion.

Frea have us an amazing gastronomic experience! We had the 4-course set menu with the alcohol free (juice) pairing. It’s one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and both of us are foodies. Amazing combinations. The alcohol free juice pairing was super nice and unique, we really recommend it!

FREA serves healthy, innovative plant-based food. plant-based as in the fruits and vegetables are the stars. the chef does an absolutely incredible job of combining raw ingredients to build elaborate flavor profiles. it was literally perfect.

Absolutely outstanding dining experience. FREA is cozy and sophisticated. Service was very good and friendly. It is expensive but you get what you pay for and we left very satisfied. All this in a vegan and sustainable package !

I’m not used to this kind of fancy places but omg this was fantastic. The food was delicious and beautifully served, short menu but still enough interesting options to choose from, non-alcoholic drink pairings really fun too. The atmosphere was very relaxed, not stuffy at all. Yes, it’s expensive but definitely worth it for special occasions. The only thing I missed was more info about ingredients and where they are sourced from, would be curious to hear more next time!

Honestly, I just created a profile here to write a review to this restaurant. Delicious food, extravagant combinations and friendly service. I have been there with my non-vegan parents, who fell in love with the food and for the first time could not imagine anything they could have missed. Simply perfect (even though it has its price, but hey, it's worth it!)

Delicious vegan food with unique flavour combos. My favourite was the potato starter. Our waiter was super friendly (and handsome!) and the ambience is relaxing but still with a fine dining feel. The only dish that we didn't enjoy as much as the others was the cornbread. Excellent service and delicious food and drinks. I recommend!
