Cosy vegan-friendly find in Kinsale

After reading many reviews, I first went to the Malaysian restaurant, but was disappointed to find that it was essentially a takeaway with a few chairs, while customers waited for their orders. So I left and headed to The White House instead — a wise choice.
The restaurant is beautiful and cosy inside, and the staff were attentive and welcoming.
I started with the cauliflower wings and followed them with the Japanese vegan curry. Both dishes were absolutely delicious.
The menu also featured a vegan sushi roll as a special and a vegan chilli
Highly recommended.

Nice but not worth the price

There were two options: poke bowl with tofu or chili with rice. We took the poke bowl, which was a mixed bag. The vegetables were delicious and the rice was well cooked, but the tofu was completely unseasoned as was the radishes. As sauce, there was only soy sauce.
I still enjoyed it and it was very healthy, but not worth 25€ in my opinion.
However, the restaurant itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly.

Pros: Vegan options with protein, Nice place, Friendly staff

Cons: Food a bit bland

Amazing

The menu has a number of vegan options. I chose the mushroom and wild chestnut stroganoff. It was SO delicious! I could have licked the plate but this is a nice establishment!
The staff were friendly and overall it was a lovely experience.

Fabulous dinner in Kinsale

We had a great dinner at The White House restaurant in Kinsale. Several vegan options were clearly marked on the menu when we visited- including appetizers and wine. The “stroganoff” was delicious! The service and atmosphere were excellent. My omni partner was very happy with their meal, as well.

Pros: Delicious meal!, Multiple, clearly marked vegan options, Great service and vibes

Cons: Only one vegan dessert option- lemon sorbet
