Wonderful family vacation

Based on posts from previous guests, we emailed in advance that we were vegan. They replied that they would have the chef meet us when we arrived to ensure the best experience. The chef asked what we liked and when we said that we were open to anything, they prepared fantastic meals each day, breakfast lunch and dinner. Not just meals with half of the ingredients removed, but specifically vegan meals.
The snack bar for food between lunch and dinner only had french fries, but we didn't need it most days and the kids love fries.
The personal nanny included is amazing. It allows parents to have a real vacation. There's a kids club with toys, crafts, activities, a playground, three pools, two water slides and a protected lagoon for ocean swimming.
There are also adult activities planned, including games for prizes, beach and pool volleyball, glass bottom boat rides, snorkeling, scuba (additional fee), and spa (additional fee). There is also evening music.
We went on a slower week (it's busiest when school is not in session) and though there were less activities, it was perfect for us.
The staff was welcoming and kind and provided excellent service without it feeling overdone/pretentious.
We plan to return each year!
