The Original and First Franco Manca (and obviously the best!)

I have been coming here ever since it opened much more than 10 years ago when it was Time Outs Top 10 cheap places to eat no-one knows about (now you find them everywhere). I have experience of the absolute best Neapolitan pizzas and this for me is right up there! I like to go in with the simplest pizza and eat two because the sourdough base is so good, and its mega cheap! A recent great local Brixton Franco Manca highlight is the scotch bonnet dip - it is just ferocious enough to be wonderful without hurting. Even though its an omni place, Vegan cheese is an option, and there is always a Vegan special on the board with seasonal ingredients. (I would give the place five stars for the food, but we have to reserve this for proper Vegan places...ah well).

Pros: Best Pizza outside of Naples, Scotch Bonnet Sauce, Super Cheap

lots of choice

the premise of franco manca is very simple but effective
you can order vegan cheese and customise with whatever toppings you want, and they even had a vegan special
I’ve been to a few different locations and had great pizza from all of them, and it’s also a good place for groups with non vegans

Pros: vegan garlic dip! , all the wines are vegan
