Serves meat, vegan options available. UK chain of pizzerias est. 1986 in Brixton Market as a stand alone shop by Franco who later sold the business to his friends who named the shop "Franco Manca" (Italian for “Franco is missing”) as an homage to the founder. Makes sourdough pizza from slow-rising dough, which are baked in a wood-fired oven. One pizza is vegan by default; may pay for additional toppings such as spinach, artichokes, and plant-based cheese. Also has rotating vegan specials. Other vegan menu items are olives, pizza bread, and dessert sorbet. Open Mon-Thu 11:30-22:00, Fri-Sat 11:30-23:00, Sun 11:30-22:00.

Can’t go wrong - Edit
Always like a Franco Manca you can’t really go wrong. However I don’t know if their menu changes periodically but there weren’t many vegan options today so I made their Veg special vegan by swapping the cheese. Still really good mind

Really good pizza - Edit
I had a vegetarian pizza that I turned vegan. I can't remember the name of it, but it had onions, pesto (I asked for the vegan pesto), tomato base, mozzarella (I asked for vegan cheese) and it came with one other cheese, but I substituted that for mushrooms instead. It was really good and inexpensive. The dough is really soft and tasty. #Veganuary

Fresh, yummy pizzas! - Edit
The pizzas are fresh tasting & delicious. My favourite is the tomato, garlic, oregano, capers & olives (£7.25). Great cheap, vegan option too of tomato, garlic & oregano for just £4.95!
