Vegan ice creams very clearly marked, they even have vegan cones (for a supplement though). I had the vegan daily special - mint+ caramel. The mint was very hard to tell that it wasn't dairy, the caramel was nice as well. Staff spoke English and French

We dropped into Fragoletto a couple of times in Lisbon - the shop has a counter facing the street with a cabinet of different ice creams and sorbets in it. All of these are clearly marked with different symbols showing whether they are Lactose Free, Gluten Free, or Vegan. Both times that we went there were around 6 different vegan options - all of which were fruit based flavours. Ordering was quick and easy, and all of the flavours we tried were tasty and it was great to have clearly marked options (our Portuguese is not strong enough to have a vegan conversation!) When we returned a second time a couple of days later there were some new flavours available so there is clearly some thought going into this shop rather than a typical city centre tourist trap.
