Good location and nice surroundings but unfortunately the food was only soso. With Cafe Koppel around the corner, not the restaurant of choice for vegetarians in Lange Reihe.

Loved the atmosphere, the food and staff. A simple menu but with enough tasy vegan dishes on the menu and the cake afterwards was very tasty as well.
A little on the expensive side but still do able!
(We were lucky finding a table last minute on Saturday evening, but making a reservation is recommended!)

The food is ok but not outstanding. Service is friendly and fast. Don't expect too much...

My girlfriend took me to this restaurant because of the burgers. We ordered the avocado and BBQ burgers with potato and sweet potato fries. Both burgers and the sweet potato fries tasted really declicious! In contrast, the potato fries with poppy seeds were a bit tasteless due to the missing oregano. Nevertheless, it was okay to eat them along the rest. We payed around 13€ per burger plus fries. Although the staff was a bit slow at the beginning, they were friendly, and the food arrived very quickly.

War vor kurzem das erste Mal da und bin begeistert!
Hatte den Avocadoburger - war unglaublich lecker. Danach Waffeln die super fluffig und richtig geil waren.

Das einzige was ich ein wenig schade fand, war, dass man die vegetarisch ausgezeichneten Burger nicht in vegan ummodeln konnte. Bei manchen Burgern hätte man einfach eine andere Sauce nehmen können, dann wäre es vegan gewesen, war aber zu dem Zeitpunkt auf mir unbekannten Gründen nicht möglich. Schade, dann hätte man nämlich noch viel mehr Auswahl gehabt.
Ansonsten, aber alles echt toll!

I had one of the veggie pies - yummy. Comes with sauce and salad. My friend had a good burger. Nice drink selection. Non-vegan clearly marked; menu mostly vegan. Very central.

Ate here today and it didn't disappoint! The avocado burger was delicious and service was great, they even had a menu in English and were super friendly! Going back tomorrow to try something else on the menu!

Found it by using the Happy Cow app! It's situated on Lange Reihe which is a pleasant street to browse on and very central. They do not have a huge amount on their menu - it's mainly burgers, salads, and pastries filled with vegetables, but the food was really good. I had the Gemüsetasche with salad - it was a bit like a veggie Cornish pasty, was very good and so was the salad, you could choose a dip to have with it and also choose the salad dressing. I would say about 90% of the food was vegan, there were just a couple of things with dairy. My husband is not a vegetarian but he really enjoyed the vegan burger. There is no alcohol served there but the lemonade was very tasty. Pleasant service and we liked the decor. We would go there again.

I have been several times at Fränzi for lunch. The vegan burgers are good, but the other food I had tried was disappointing. I had a curry with rice which was missing spices and also the other pastries, filled with spinach or chickpeas, were quite boring and tasteless.

They serve super delicious vegan waffles. the one with chestnuts is my personal favourite. plus, the staff are really kind!

wollte hier heute essen.obschon vier tische frei waren..teilte man mir mit..dass ich an drei normal grossen tischen nur zu dritt essen könne.. die anderen seien reserviert..auchein Hinweis nur schnell eine Kleinigkeit essen zu wollen..das nenn ich mal herzlich willkommen in der service wüste... NIE WIEDER!!

Stylish vegan/vegetarian restaurant, sweet & friendly staff, delicious burgers...! I also had a chocolate-banana-cherry cake which was nice (just a little too much baking soda?)
Thank you guys for feeding me during my very short stay in Hamburg. It's good that you are located close to the central station;-)
