Basic vegan options - Edit
Nice cosy vibe here but the food is generally basic - the sort of stuff you’d get from a food truck, which is what it looks like this used to be (they use the same ingredients for most of the dishes.)

The food is delicious, I had the gyoza they were absolutely amazing (but I haven’t been to Asia yet). I had edamame which were good as well and the Indonesian gado-gado (not entirely of the name), the salad, it was delicious!

I was very impressed by how helpful and accommodating the staff were, toward vegan options and discussing what is available. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices. The food was very good. Lovely dumplings and Bao.

Vegan Bento Box - Edit
I went to Foxy Luus yesterday for lunch in my work lunch break and it was amazing! I'd never paid it much attention but someone from work recommended it and it was so so good. I had the Vegan Bento Box which was $14 which I feel was incredible value for money (especially in Byron!) it came with a rainbow vegetable satay bao bun, 2 veggie gyoza, pickled ginger, pickled cabbage, edamame beans, and 2 big pieces of tofu. It was filling and fresh and so flavourful! The gyoza were by far my favourite piece, I dipped them in the sauce leftover from the edamame beans and tofu and they were sensational! It's a great spot at a really accessible location. Quick service, small menu, with diverse options. Really enjoyed it. : )

Exploding flavours - Edit
I sampled the vegan dumplings and the tofu gado gado on my first visit to Foxy Luus and they were both delicious ... fresh and vibrant flavours, great textures and it sat light in my belly. The decor is colourful and lively, which is a great match for the food.
