A Must - Edit
Not many options in this area, which is fine because this place is all you need. Delicious, reasonable pricing, and great system during the ‘rona situation.

Made my trip better - Edit
Visited Savannah last summer but I wanted to come back and make a review. This was my first introduction to vegan burgers and I was completely shocked at how "real" it tasted. I hope to come back again.

I haven't lived in Savannah for a year & a half, but I think about Fox & Fig ALL. THE. TIME. And when I'm back in town, all my friends know we're gonna eat there every day of my visit, sometimes twice a day haha!

Ate here twice over my weekend visit! The food and drinks were really good, even got a few things to-go before heading home back to Florida. The only place in the area (that I found) that is completely vegan. Employees are friendly and attentive. All around great experience!

As good as it gets - Edit
I had 2 meals at the Fox and the Fig and both were excellent.
Read moreThe Baja Tacos were amazing, and messy; they were perfectly done. The mushrooms were crispy, not greasy and a very good substitute for fish. The cashew based cream sauce was tasty.
I decided to return the next day for breakfast. The PERC coffee was excellent and the pancakes were great, filling and satisfying. Breakfast is a tough meal for vegan substitutions, but not here. It's their wheelhouse.
I imagine everything at the Fox and the Fig is great. If you're in Savannah, go.
Pros: Plenty of choices, Lovely little place, Great coffee

Fox & Fig was the cutest little cafe packed with some yummy vegan food options. I was traveling to Savannah for work and needed to map out some good spots in the area so I could have some options while in town—and this was the perfect spot!!

Creative & delicious! - Edit
Cute cozy restaurant with a small menu that changes often. We tried the sandwich part 3, mac & cheese and the CBD strawberry milkshake. All were delicious! I don't normally like smoked vegan cheese but the smokiness was perfect in the mac (you can order a half size too).

Awesome food & atmosphere - Edit
Loved this place! The food is really delicious and creative and they have a great selection of drinks and yummy-looking milkshakes. I had the Sandwich Pt III which was messy but extremely delicious, and an earl grey lavender latte which was also yummy! Only downside I can think of is that the prices were a little expensive, especially the espresso drinks which were usually $5, if not more.

Great location with outside seating. Busy so I sat inside which was kinda chilly. Had the Fox Burger (Beyond Burger patty) with smoked cashew cheddar cheese. Very good. Menu looks like it has changed slightly.

We visit Savannah once a year and this is definitely one of our first (and last) stops! I am obsessed with the coffee beverages.

I have visited many vegan places, but this will be my top1. The delicious food and presentation, the atmosphere is super comfortable and relaxing, the waiters very attentive. And super comfortable prices. We are visiting the city and have eaten every day here. Trying different alternatives that they have in the menu. And repeating the pancakes 👌

Oh my.... - Edit
Everything in the reviews is true and more. This vegan establishment is one of the finest I have had the privilege to dine at. It is a chic-casual cafe, situated on one of Savannah’s lovely open green spaces. There is indoor & outdoor seating, as well as bench outside for waiting or beverage sipping. The food is phenomenal! Creative, well-prepared and tasty. I really cannot say enough to express the quality of the items. We had the Smokey mac & cheese (not oily at all!), Winter kale salad and Tostadas Verdes (the best avocado toast EVER). More than anything, this place actually makes me dream of moving to Savannah....

OUTSTANDING! - Edit
This gem of a restaurant was recommended by my Airbnb hosts. They are not vegan but raved about how delicious the food was especially the cashew cheeses. I ordered the Plant Plank and a glass of cabernet... my taste buds were in plant food heaven! Splurge and order it... totally shareable and worth every morsel. Go early to get a table right away. (Glad I did!) If you go later, prepare to have to wait around 30 minutes... but don't let that deter you, it's totally worth the wait! I'll definitely revisit every time I am in Savannah!

Mediocre at best - Edit
For this supposedly considered a “brunch centric menu” they only had 1 maybe 2 breakfast options. They open at 8am and we got here at 9. The only breakfast option is pancakes or an “eggless quiche” (which was just crumbled tofu, not a tofu scamble so there was no egg resemblance whatsoever) that was served with salsa and a kale salad, hardly considered breakfast. I ended up ordering the smoky Mac which was good but not exactly what I wanted to eat and 9 in the morning since I’m not a huge pancake fan. And to top it off they don’t serve alcohol until 11, which is misleading for a weekend brunch. For being the only vegan restaurant in the city, we would not return here.

Probably the best vegan restaurant in the United States. - Edit
My husband and I went to Fox & Fig three times in late December 2019 during a road trip. (We actually changed our route to be able to have one more meal there on our way back home.) The Eggless Quiche was delicious, as were the Tostadas Verde. Their chocolate truffles are amazing.
Read moreI've been to some of the top vegan restaurants in the eastern U.S., and this restaurant is probably the best. Too many vegan restaurants these days rely on super-heavy ingredients like coconut milk and cashew cream to satisfy meat-eaters. I like being able to go to a vegan restaurant without feeling sick afterwards. Fox & Fig does an excellent job, serving delicious food that is not hard on the stomach.
I only wish they had soy milk. Oat milk disappears into coffee, making it watery and gray. It's annoying to see vegans and vegan restaurants give in to the dairy industry's fraudulent fearmongering against soymilk.
