My family had the Fox burger (Beyond Burger with their sauce and fixings), the chia seed porridge, and the coconut cream pancakes, and some desserts. All were incredible!

Amazing vegan restaurant - Edit
I’ve loved everything I’ve eaten there. I love the brunch vibes and cozy atmosphere. It has a great local vibe with the Foxy Loxy drink favorites made vegan, and featured local contributors. I’d recommend them to anyone, vegan or not.

Excellent food! We passed by on a road trip, and I wish we could have gone a second time. We had the quiche, cinnamon roll, and one of their burgers. They use Miyoko's cheese in their dishes. Absolutely delicious food!

We went there based on Happy Cow ratings on the way to South Carolina and not dissapointed. My husband who is not vegan liked food to the point that he encouraged me to write this review. We had "cheese" platter, Beyond Burger and breakfast hash. For desert we had cashews cheesecake. Everything was fresh and delicious. Place was packed. Excellent place!

As cute as the neighborhood it’s in! We shared an amazing shake, tacos, and beyond meat burger and all were delicious. Prices seemed reasonable.

We came here because the place was recommended to us and it was worth our time! We had the avocado toast, garden toast, cinnamon roll, croissant, pancakes, chai and a peanut butter mylkshake and nothing failed us. Everything tasted very good and we had a great time. It was very busy so we had to wait about 15 for a table for four.

all vegan, super unique dishes - Edit
This restaurant is all vegan and their entrees are super unique! You won't be able to find these at other restaurants. They have done a good job creating their menu.
Read moreI got the Hot Italian which was ciabatta bread with seitan (i thought this would be more dehydrated but it was pretty moist, not terrible but not what i was expecting), and vegan cheese (they should have added more of this, its not like melted cheese, it is more of the consistency of cashew crumbled cheese), and some sliced carrots and peppers. It also came with a chickpea salad. This was very good!! I liked it a lot. Chickpeas, cucumbers and I don't remember what else but it was delicious.
The food portion was definitely big enough for the price of the food. I ended up taking half of my sandwich home for dinner.
Overall the meal was tasty. I wasn't super impressed with the seitan but everything else was good.
I didn't like the service either. Our waiter didn't really pay attention to us and there were some other servers who were just talking with each other the whole time. Too unprofessional for my liking.
The desserts all looked great but I unfortunately didn't try any. The cheese platter also looked amazing but the portion is very big. Would be better for 3 or 4 people.
Pros: Lots of unique dishes, Good sized portions, lots of dessert options as well
Cons: Bad service/unprofessional servers

So good an omni loved it - Edit
I dined here with my dad(omni) and got to experience their new menu. I had the fox burger and my dad got the chorizo tacos. It was so refreshing to eat at a fully vegan restaurant because they don’t have any nearby me. Even my dad loved the food.

Enjoyed everything we had! The flatbread with the house made sausage was the star! I’m not a fan of mock meats and REALLY enjoyed it. Also got the breakfast hash with cashew hollandaise and the tostadas verde. Staff was friendly. The food was so good I walked from my hotel the next morning to get croissants and a cinnamon roll.

This was my first time at a vegan restaurant and as I'm slowly making my way to becoming a vegan, eating here was just proof that I am making the right decision for myself and the animals. The food was incredible!!! Can't wait to eat here again...btw...I live 70 miles away, and was well with the trip.

Happy happy vegan - Edit
Saturday afternoon and the place in jammin'. 15-20min wait for a table. There is a to go counter inside, though, and a gorgoeus park next door so take out and park bench it was. Maybe better than being at a table when the weather is so nice. Got the banh mi sandwich - so good! The maple teriyaki seitan it's made with is amazing. Siracha dressing gave it a bit of a kick. Comes with slaw which is certainly the best vegan slaw I've ever had. Nothing fancy, just simple and perfect.

Cute, Mainstream - Edit
My experience at Fox and Fig was pleasant. I went with my partner on a visit to Savannah on New Year's Eve. It was a bit of a tight squeeze but in a down town niche restaurant you can kind of expect that. Had we gotten there at a less busy hour I might have requested a table out of the door's air stream.
Read moreWhere Fox and Fig really shines is not over-doing the sugar. I had a matcha latte and a berry oatmilkshake, and I also tasted my partner's hot chocolate. All of them had a pretty much perfect flavor balance. I also had quiche which was pretty good. We wanted to come back and try some of their other dishes later that same day, but they were closing early for the holiday. I'm sure we will return if we get another chance.
Oh - and the bathrooms! Quaintly luxurious. Very nice decor and wall paneling, and well-stocked with extra toilet paper, haha. Pity there is only room for two of them.
Pros: Flavor balance, Atmosphere, Bathrooms
Cons: Tad pricey, Small

Wow Wow Wow!!!! - Edit
Fox & Fig is a MUST for anyone who is within 200 miles of Savannah! You will not be disappointed with this plant-based gem in the heart of historic Savannah!
Read moreThis new vegan restaurant is so good that during a weekend visit, we literally went three times over three successive days - for lunch, dinner, and brunch. If we could fit in more meals - or more days - we would have happily tried everything on the menu -- as everything we ate was superb!
My favorite was their Beyond Burger -- it was prepared in such a way that by far it was the best veggie burger I've ever tasted. It literally melted in my mouth.
We also loved: flatbread pizza, quiche, tostado verde, french toast & seitan, coconut noodle salad, grilled white chocolate peanut butter and jam, and the breakfast hash taco special. The desserts were super-delicious too - particularly the cheesecakes and the brownies.
Each of the wait staff who served us were attentive, welcoming, and friendly. They gave great advice about the menu and were a delight to interact with.
The general manger/co-founder, Clay Ehmke, clearly sees the Fox & Fig as his baby - and it shows. He is omni-present in front and in the kitchen, ensuring that everything is tip-top. He is a great conversationalist with whom we enjoyed chatting about the restaurant, Savannah, veganism, and the vegan restaurant scene nationally.
Do your self a favor and run - do not walk - to Fox & Fig. It is truly an amazing culinary experience!
Pros: AMAZING food, GREAT service, GREAT location

Great vegan breakfast and brunch - Edit
Bright little restaurant in a beautiful neighborhood in historic Savannah. Enjoyed the french toast and seitan w/ maple syrup and the breakfast hash over a couple recent visits to this new vegan restaurant. They have a great selection of coffee and tea beverages too. Everything seems priced reasonably compared to similar restaurants I've ate at in similar cities.

Amazing new vegan spot for our visit to Savannah - Edit
My wife and I are in Savannah visiting family for the holidays and found this place on here. We are visiting from Southern California where we have a ton of vegan options and this place would definitely be at the top of the list if it was located there. The waiter was incredibly friendly (I wish southern charm applied to Southern California.), and the food was absolutely delicious. The meat eaters at the table agreed as well. I highly recommend this spot and we will be going back this visit as well as every future visit. Thank you, Fox & Fig for opening such a great spot in Savannah.
