If you are looking for a vegan croissant, be sure to pre-order the day before. Ordering opens around 2pm for the next day. Their vegan croissants are very good and they sell out fast. I am partial to the plain and chocolate croissant. I am hoping they will start doing more vegan pastry specials since they seem so popular. The bagels are sourdough, so a little different, but also good. The pan levain (sourdough loaf) is the best bread in Philadelphia- I always have a sliced loaf in my freezer.
