poorly managed - Edit
15 minute wait outside the place even though the cafe is half empty, food with an at least 40 minute wait, a single member of staff taking orders etc
Read moreseriously. this place is EXPENSIVE. how can they not afford to pay for more staff? and there is clearly demand for the place.
the staff are lovely. food is inconsistent. just don't go during a busy period, eg midday on Sunday

The Muffin, Man - Edit
An almost cavernous coffee shop, it still place still has a definite charm about it and the openness lends itself well to the relaxed, chilled vibe. Unfortunately, they were between suppliers of baked goods on my visit so there were no vegan options, but the helpful staff were at pains to let me know that they were working to rectify this. However, this minor inconvenience was more than forgivable as the savoury dish I opted for, the vegan MancMufffin, was absolutely brilliant. And, as you might expect, the coffee was superb as well. Another place on my list on my ever growing list of venues that I simply must return to.
