Molte opzioni veg, molte focacce e pizzette al pomodoro variamente condite, di dolci: pangoccioli ( impasto soffice e strapieni di pezzi di cioccolato buonissimo), veneziane con la marmellata o con la crema al coccolato, cookie veg, crostate, torta sacher. Disponibile latte di avena, caffè filtrato e brew coffee. Mi piace molto che si comprenda subito quali prodotti sono vegani ( hanno l’etichetta verde che rossa). Persona molto gentile, quale sta è la sede principale ma ci sono varie sedi in città. Fanno nei periodi festivi anche panettoni vegani

Several nice vegan options at this bakery. Everything written in green is vegan... but then they do a slightly weird thing and write the breads in red "because they're all vegan anyway".

Amazing bakery and a great selection of vegan options like focacia and sweet and savory baked goods. All options with green letters are vegan. Also the coffee - including oat milk - is some of the best coffee I've had.

Tried both sweet and savoury options. Both were quite dry. Asked for a capuccino with oat milk and it was okay! Maybe because I went there at the end of the day. Might give it another try next time!

Great vegan friendly bakery - Edit
My favorite bakery in Bologna - and clearly many others’ too, judging by the constant long line outside. I wonder what the secret to their dough is because their bread is out of this world! They already offer several vegan focaccias, sandwiches and sweet pastries, though I do wish they had even more vegan options. For example, their croissants look amazing but unfortunately none are vegan. Prices are reasonable, too.

Best Bakery in Bologna - Edit
We went there several times. They may improve some of the toppings and fillings but the dough is always excellent. Friendly service. All vegan options are clearly marked. Oat milk is available for coffee. Coffee is good but thats always the case in Bologna. We once tried tea also but that was a mistake. A variety of sour and sweet options.
