Eventually a bakery with different veg options

This bakery is improving day by day their vegan offer, introducing products that are not so easy to make and find, like Spongada (a typical sweet from this area). We enjoyed it a lot... our first Spongada after 6 years without it :D
Nice to have different type of breads, all without animal derivates. Focaccia and pizza are nice as well. Biscuits/Crackers and all the packaged artisanal products, that are vegan, are labeled in green, so easy to identify.
Also the staff is very kind and happy to explain the available options. Good job!
