Go to HuHot instead where you can confirm everything is vegan - Edit
I went here as they have a vegan part of their menu. They have a “vegan” noodle dish. I asked the server if he could confirm the noodles are vegan and he said I don’t know. So I said, can you check. He returned back and said we don’t know we assume there’s egg in the noodle.  I ended up ordering the eggplant dish and it was OK. Again go to HuHot. You can pick what you want on your plate and watch him cook it.

Got takeout from Formosa as almost everywhere else was already closed. Of the limited options in town this is one of the better ones.

Inexpensive delicious vegan dishes! - Edit
I love this place since the moment I found it in my town. My favorite choice is Tofu with Cashew nuts, but they are all delicious.
