When in Trencin and nearby you should definitely visit this place - Edit
I’ve eaten at this casual place several times. Every workday lunchtime they offer one soup and two main courses (which change daily) including a small salad. ALL MEALS ARE VEGAN. I’ve tried a variety of dishes there (traditional Slovak dishes, Mexican, Indian, Asian, street food, meat and dairy alternatives, modern fusion – originally vegan or made vegan), all of which tasted great. They also sell bottled drinks, tea and coffee, sometimes cakes. It’s mainly a take-away and delivery service but they have a small outdoor seating area, too. As for the take-away, you are encouraged to bring your own lunch boxes – it is cheaper that way. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. Pre-ordering and table reservation are highly recommended. You can pre-order via their website form, FB or over the phone. If you pre-order it is pretty quick. Definitely worth a visit (10 minutes on foot from the town centre).
