Favorite Matcha in the Bay Area

Forest Tea Bar uses traditional methods and brings so much care to make beautiful teas. The tea shop is very serene, thoughtful, and brings connection to the natural world. They only use plant-based milks and their whole shop is plant-based, including the occasional handcrafted bean paste dessert (using the harikiri technique) that pair perfectly with their teas (I had a persimmon one and a special one for Winter solstice). I love the Uji matcha latte and the hojicha latte.
